Anza Days - On or around July 4th. The Anza Lions Club BBQ Friday night followed by Film Festival in the Park. Breakfast Saturday morning by the Thimble Club. 11 AM Parade along Hwy 371 & Post-parade activities in Minor Park put on by local community organizations.

Dating back to the days of Colonial India, Gymkhana is a form of horseback riding that takes the riders through a timed obstacle course and is used for any place where sporting events take place and generally refers to any of various meets at which contests are held to test the skill of the competitors.

Anza is located in central Southern California, in a high desert valley equidistant from Palm Desert, Temecula, and Hemet. This little-known community is rich in local wildlife and wide-open spaces.
